Belly Pics for Baby Liam

Saturday I had the honor of taking my dear friend, Kathleen’s, pregnant photos. She looks amazing and only has a few weeks left before baby Liam joins her family (outside of the womb). We had a great time and were able to capture some great shots. She prefers studio looking photos, so we kept with the traditional white and black backdrops. To view all her photos click on DENLY

Keliah Turns 4

Today was Keliah’s 4th birthday. She had a Sherbert and Spice themed party designed by Victoria Hudgins. You can check more of her designs by clicking on: The City Cradle. Any little girl would love a party like this. The kids enjoyed the ball pinata’s, kites, hula hooping, ice cream treats and array of kid fun foods and candies. Did I mention everything was a shade of pink? It was a kids paradise. There was even a pogo stick. I haven’t seen one of those since I was in middle school.

My cousin, Dawn, graduated from the Design Institute of San Diego on May 14th. The ceremony was held at the Contemporary Art Museum in La Jolla. It was a packed house with lots of enthusiastic family members cheering on the graduates. There were many speeches. Some were funny and some were inspiring. The best part by far was watching my cousin walk across the stage to receive her diploma. I’m so proud of her. I look forward to seeing what she will become as she blossoms into the woman she was meant to be.

Happy Mother’s Day

Mother’s Day 2010
This year Luke’s parents and sister came down to San Diego for a visit over Mother’s Day weekend. They had a great time playing with their grand kids, but I think Corbin really pooped them out. He goes non stop and loved all the attention. We also went to a park on Saturday and enjoyed the sunshine and just relaxed. Sunday we all went to Grace Church and had lunch afterward at Jimmy’s in Santee. We were so amazed how fast we were seated considering it was Mother’s Day and all. All in all it was a fun and relaxing weekend.

A Baby Shower for Kathleen

A group of us ladies wanted to shower Kathleen with some love and celebrate her newest little man, Liam, on May 1st. The baby shower/brunch had a great mix of people she’s met through the years and Kendall chose some great games to get us out of our comfort zones. We had some good laughs! I look forward to meeting baby Liam soon. I know mama is ready.
